Lease or Rental of Real Property

Request to establish a lease or rental of real property must be requested through a Banner requistion.  Prior to entry into Banner requisition departments must contact Procurement Services.  

Because of the time required to set up a lease or rental agreement for real property (office space, campsite, etc.), it is suggested that departments contact Procurement Services for assistance at least three (3) months in advance of the desired starting date of the lease or rental agreement.
