Virtual conferences, meetings, or seminars are not considered Travel and a Pre-Approval in Chrome River is not required.  ​

The cost of your participation is reconciled as a Non-Travel General Expense on your Chrome River Expense Report under the License/Subscription/ Membership tile and then Non-Travel Registration.
