Online Courses, Conferences or Webinars

Registration fees for webinars, online courses and conferences are permitted to be charged on the LaCarte Card.  

Registration fees for virtual conferences are not considered travel, and do not require a Pre-Approval in Chrome River.  These registration fees may be paid by another cardholder.

When submitting the expense in Chrome River, use the "License/Subscription/Membership" tile, then the "Registration/Course Fees - Non-Travel" type.

(If a conference is anywhere but on the UL campus, it is considered travel and a Pre-Approval in Chrome River must be submitted, even if no other expenses are claimed except the registration fee.)
