Dues, Registration and Membership Fees

Membership and dues to professional organizations are allowed to be made on the University LaCarte Card, however, memberships such as Amazon Prime, warehouse store, etc. are not allowed. If the amount exceeds the single purchase limit for the cardholder, a Banner requisition is to be used.

Registration for conferences or associated travel should be made using the LaCarte Card, after a pre-approval has been submitted in Chrome River.

For virtual conferences, a Pre-Approval is not needed.  On the expense report, Non-Travel/General will be selected as the Type on the header page.  Once the header page is saved, the License/Subscription/Membership tile is chosen and then the Type on this page will be Non-Travel Registration.
