New travel and expense system launching in August

The Office of Purchasing will launch the Chrome River Travel and Expense system in August 2019. Meetings will be held to present the system to employees. If you use a LaCarte card or travel on behalf of the University, you are encouraged to attend one of the meetings.

Meetings will be held as follows:

  • Tuesday, July 30, 1-3 p.m., Oliver Hall Auditorium
  • Wednesday, July 31, 9-11 a.m., Moody Hall Auditorium
  • Thursday, Aug. 8, 9-11 a.m., Oliver Hall Auditorium
  • Thursday, Aug. 22, 9-11a.m., Wharton Hall Auditorium. 

To register,

  1. View the available sessions.
  2. Choose a session and click “Add to Cart.”
  3. If you already have a profile, you can sign in. If you’ve never created a profile with Continuing Education before, choose “Create New Profile” and follow the instructions to set up a profile.
  4. A box will pop up for you to add your ULID, department name, and supervisor's name.
  5. Click on your "Cart" and “Checkout” to complete your registration. You will receive an email confirmation of your registration.
