State to use new travel agency effective Jan. 1

Effective Jan. 1, 2021, the State of Louisiana will change mandated travel agencies from Shorts Travel Management to Christopherson Business Travel.

Flights can be arranged by calling the agency at 800-961-0720 or via the online booking tool. Travelers, arrangers, program administrators and others can attend a virtual training and learn how to use the booking tool. Sessions are limited to 300 people and will close when enough people have joined so log in to the training early to reserve your spot.

If you are unable to attend a training, tutorials will be available within the Airportal and Concur to answer frequently asked questions, provide help with the booking process, and assist with navigating Airportal.
